What is a Life and Wellness Coach?
My goal is to understand you and your story as you experience and see them. I tailor my approach to each client, specific to your needs, desires, wants, and dreams. It is not up to me to decide what success looks like for you. It is not up to me to tell you how to live your life, or what makes you happy. My focus is on your strengths and helping you achieve your goals, wants and dreams. We are all humans who live on a “sliding scale” where we are all different individuals made up of our own beliefs, values, and life experiences, I honor this for you and thrive to meet you where you are.
I work with clients in a future and strengths based focus to help you make progress to your life goals as well as experience a greater level of accomplishment, fulfillment, and happiness. I work with you to help improve areas of your life such as greater happiness, career success, parenting, relationships, personal struggles, and overall life changes.
My vow is to help you accomplish what success looks like for you, not me, and not what the world thinks you should be. I work with you in all aspects of life identifying clarity, prioritization, perception and improve all aspects of your life helping you accomplish the goals and dreams you have always had for yourself.
I am currently attending Sacramento State University, majoring in Clinical Social Work and minoring in substance use and addictions. I am a student and intern working to become a mental health professional.
I provide strengths-based coaching, meaning I am trained to focus on your strengths. I believe without a doubt that you can and will accomplish the things you want in your life. Often, all it takes is the right tools to discover what your challenges and strengths are and create a strategy, including the steps needed to accomplish those goals successfully!
While I am educated in mental health struggles, I will not diagnose or treat them. Rather, we work together to find ways to improve your life and help you manage the surrounding stressors to minimize the impact they have on your daily life and overall happiness.
